Grab your puppy pals and join the @ScoobyDoo Virtual Run Series! Copper and I are running a 5K in September to help rescue animals. Copper is a 2 1/2 year old rescue, and knows how important it is to find a family. When you register to run the #DooGood 5K you can run anytime, anywhere to help animals. The best part about a virtual race is you can spend some time training, then run at your own pace. Run a little bit at a time, or all at once. Our Race PlanCopper and I are running our September 5K in three parts. We'll run/walk several times in September to total 3.1 miles. We'll post photos to keep you up-to-date on our progress.

A virtual run is similar to any other run except it can be completed at any location, time, or place of your choosing. All you need to do is register for one or both of the races, complete the distance during the allotted time frame, and log your miles. You decide how, when, and where to cover the distance.
