St. Petersburg has a fantastic city park system. I'm making my way to as many parks as possible so I can report back on the trails, facilities and amenities. Click a photo or headline below to learn about a specific park.

Crescent Lake Park

1.1 mile loop around a lake.

Azalea Park

1.25 mile loop + disc golf course.

Walter Fuller Sports Complex

Two trails: 1.89 and .69 loops.

Riviera Bay Park

Try this gem in northeast St. Pete.

Weedon Island Preserve

2.7 miles of boardwalks, dirt and paved trails in a nature preserve.

Caladesi Island State Park

Deep white sand at the beach entrance turns into dirt trails.

Boyd Hill Nature Preserve

Plenty of room to run paved, dirt and boardwalk trails. Marked 5K.

Del Oro Park

Miles of paved trail plus a lakefront boardwalk.

Sawgrass Lake Park

Lots of boardwalk and dirt trails hidden inside the city.​
