If you run in the Tampa Bay area, you know that the warm weather we all know and love can be challenging — even if it's a December race.

During the inaugural race in 2016, temps and humidity were really high. 

Well, the #HC15K/5K organizers are on it. They've implemented some REALLY COOL measures to make sure everyone is safe during this years run.

• Additional Water Stop on the Course (5 stops for 15K) 
• Water Misters/Arches
• Ice Towel at the Finish
• Post Race Party Entertainment will be INSIDE the Tampa Convention Center to Shield Everyone from the Heat.​
